  • Network provider concerns,
  • Military treatment facility safety,
  • Debt collections,
  • Beneficiary claims, and
  • TRICARE coverage concerns.

Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Closed daily for lunch: 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Closed from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every second Thursday for Medical Readiness Training.
