The CDC recommends everyone 6 months and older get an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect against the potentially serious outcomes of COVID-19 illness.

Getting the COVID-19 Vaccine
Vaccination Slot Updates
The 71st Medical Group offers COVID-19 vaccine walk-in hours Thursday and Friday, 8-11 a.m., to all persons with base access, age 18 years and older. Beneficiary medical status isn't required.
There's no need to schedule a vaccine appointment during walk-in hours.
To schedule an appointment outside these hours, call the Vance Clinic appointment line at 580-213-7416, option 1, 1, 1. The appointment line is normally open for calls Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
