The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Flight Medicine

We’re dedicated to providing exceptional medical care to our flying population and special duty personnel. To schedule an acute, routine, wellness or flight physical, please call the appointment line. All flyer out-of-clinic visits must be reviewed by a flight surgeon within 24 hours. Please notify us of any off base care received phone or hand carry your medical notes to the front desk staff. If you need to schedule an occupational health exam, initial base clearance, or initial flying class physical or to speak with the patient advocate, please call the number above.
