To schedule an acute, routine, wellness or flight physical, please call the appointment line. All flyer out-of-clinic visits must be reviewed by a flight surgeon within 24 hours. Please notify us of any off base care received phone or hand carry your medical notes to the front desk staff. If you need to schedule an occupational health exam, initial base clearance, or initial flying class physical or to speak with the patient advocate, please call the number above.
